Returns

We accept returns within 3 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible, the pieces must be unused, in perfect condition, and returned in its original packaging. Before sending anything back, please contact us with your order number.

Personalised pieces, made‑to‑order items, jewellery, archive pieces, intimate clothing and limited‑edition creations cannot be returned or exchanged.

We provide clear guidance with care and precision.

Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.

Condition of Returned Items:

All returned pieces will be carefully inspected upon arrival. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item shows:

  • signs of use

  • damage or stains

  • missing components or packaging

  • improper handling or care

If a return is refused, the item will be sent back to the customer.

Refunds

Once your return is approved and the piece has been inspected, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Please note:

  • shipping costs are non‑refundable

  • refunds may take a few days to appear, depending on your bank

  • if the return does not meet our conditions, no refund will be issued

We will notify you once the inspection is complete.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us before sending it back. We will confirm availability and guide you through the next steps.

Exchanges follow the same conditions as returns: the piece must be unused, in perfect condition, and returned at the customer’s expense.

Gifts

If the goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the goods weren't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give it to you later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.

Manufacturing Defects

We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of every Month Rouse piece. If you believe your piece has a manufacturing defect, please contact us. Each case will be evaluated individually, with care and attention.

Archive pieces are excluded.
