Customer Care
Shipping & Delivery
Orders are prepared in 1–3 business days.
During periods of high demand, delivery times may extend slightly.
You will receive a tracking link once your order leaves the atelier.
International shipments may include customs fees depending on the destination.
It is not possible to change the address once your order is made.
You may cancel your order as long as it has not yet been shipped.
Returns
We accept returns within 3 days of delivery.
The piece must arrive in perfect condition, and in its original packaging.
Personalised pieces, made‑to‑order items, jewellery, archive pieces, intimate clothing and limited‑edition creations cannot be returned or exchanged.
We reserve the right to refuse a return if the piece shows signs of use, damage, or improper handling.
Once the return is approved and the piece has been inspected, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.
Exchange
If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us before sending it back. We will confirm availability and assist you with the next steps.
Warranty
Every piece is covered by our craftsmanship guarantee.
Manufacturing defects can be repaired or replaced, please contact us.
Natural wear or improper use is not included.
Certifications
All Monts Rouse creations are made in our atelier in Girona.
Each order includes a certificate of authenticity.
Local production, selected materials, and small‑batch craftsmanship are always part of our process.
