Your Monts Rouse pieces travels from our atelier to you with the same care it was created with.

Processing Time

Orders are prepared within 1–3 business days. During periods of high demand, delivery times may extend slightly. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is ready to ship.

Shipping Options

Domestic and international shipping options are available at checkout. Delivery times and rates are calculated according to your location. Free shipping will be applied to orders above 150€

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link to follow its journey in real time.

International Orders

Shipments outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, determined by each country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Can I change the delivery address once my order has been done?

Unfortunately not, so please make sure you provide a suitable delivery address. Also is not possible to change after the package is sent.

Can I cancel my order?

You may cancel your order as long as it has not yet been shipped.
